Small and medium-sized companies operating in the construction, electrical, metal and plastic processing sectors.

Skilled workforce wishing to live and work in South Thuringia as well as young adults willing to complete a dual vocational education in Germany, particularly in Thuringia.

Short description of the project:

The Project NeFa is funded by the Government of Thuringia and the European Social Fund.

Within the framework of the project, we establish, build up and expand our network for enabling a skilled workforce from the partner countries for the companies operating in the region of South Thuringia. At the same time, we bring and connect diverse opportunities. In cooperation with our reliable transnational partners, we build up networks in our target countries to inform project participants who wish to live, study and work in our region in the future.
